After an unforeseen mid-week disruption we are working overtime behind the scenes to catch-up to our usual high standards and speed. HOWEVER, there are a few things that are currently out of our control and some good news too:
* We are currently down a technician who specialises in Mac repairs, so are assessing our ability to repair (both hardware and software issues) on a case by case basis and may need to temporarily turn you away for Mac services. Rest assured we are searching for a highly capable and confident tech to be able to extend that expertise again ASAP.
*Some, but not all, parts are taking longer than normal to arrive, but we will keep you informed every step of the way if your job requires additional wait time. A huge thank you to all our delivery service personnel nationwide for keeping us going when demand is high!
* If your phone is dropping calls and you are finding yourself needing to call twice to connect, this is a nationwide issue most carriers are experiencing and also working on. Hang up and try again, and of course, if further issues persist and you believe there to be something physically wrong with your phone, by all means bring it in. Otherwise, these drops are simply a connection issue we are all experiencing.
* We are happy to report we have a shipment of limited commercial grade ex lease 15 inch laptops arriving early this week. They are Intel i5, Windows 10, $349 super robust little machines that are great for remote workers or a second computer for the kids. We are attempting to source even more as they are first in first served and we have heard your desperation! Pre-order deposits welcome - and we will post up here next week as soon as they arrive and are ready to go.
