 • Our wide shop fronts slop to allow for wheelchair access to the complex and our door is always open. A clear path to our service desk is also perfect for wheelchair access with our staff more than willing to demonstrate or explain in plain English or plain text at a height that is most comfortable to the customer.

 • The hearing impaired can enjoy the use of Internet kiosk with the provision of headphones where needed, and extra seating for carers or guardians is available.

 • One on One lessons are another service offered to all customers of PC Pitstop who need assisted learning with any computer task.  • On-site assistance is a vital part of PC Pitstop services and is a certain convenience for customers with disabilities or impairments. Home delivery of most items and carry to car service is also standard.

 • Adequate lighting, smooth flooring, drinking water, clear high-contrast signage, and most stock at eye-level all combine to help make shopping at PC Pitstop 100% user friendly.
